Summary of the Iraqi Resistance Activities

From 3 to 9/10/2004

In the name of God most merciful most compassionate

During the period from 3 to9/10/2004, the Supreme Command of the Resistance and Liberation Forces has issued fourteen military communiqués summarizing- in addition to the losses inflicted on the occupation forces during the stated period- the resistance stands and views regarding the latest events and their impacts, nationally, regionally and internationally. Among these stands are as follows:

1.      The neighboring countries to Iraq- following a statement made by the American war criminal “Ramsfeld” regarding those countries’ contribution to the invasion of Iraq- must now justify their stands before the nation’s masses and atone for their criminal acts by supporting the redemptive resistance, for it (the resistance) has been defending them hitherto from confronting the American barbaric aggression.

2.      There isn’t such a thing today called the political process in occupied Iraq.. though rather, there is only a state of continuous war between the legitimate armed Iraqi forces on one hand, and the occupation forces with their illegitimate puppet government on the other hand.

3.      The Ba’ath and the leadership of the resistance and liberation forces are both demanding the government of the United States to evacuate its forces from Iraq unconditionally in accordance with a time schedule not exceeding the end of November 2004 by land and air route towards the borough of Kadthima and out of the historical land of Iraq.. and acknowledging the illegitimacy of the aggression and the occupation and what had incurred on Iraq. Besides, compensating Iraq for all losses and damages that have been inflicted as a result of this continuous aggression since 1990.

4.      The sole option of the Ba’ath and the “un-rebellious” armed Iraqi resistance is primarily the open and continuous armed resistance throughout Iraq in accordance to a plan of objectives and goals.. as it was outlined by the resistance’s political and strategic program issued by the Ba’ath, until the plan’s strategic objective is achieved by the expulsion of the occupation forces, the liberation of Iraq and sustaining its unity for all Iraqis.. and we are in no need for Sharam El-Sheikh summit which tries to corroborate the occupation of Iraq and rescue the invasion forces from their fatal dilemma.

The communiqués had summed up the losses inflicted on the occupation forces, their mercenaries and their collaborators during the above stated period as follows:

On 3/10/2004

16 killed and 28 injured in addition to the destruction of 2 armored vehicles  and 5 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes in: Baghdad, Fallujah, Sa’ marra, Baquba, Najaf, Basra, Tikrit etc.

On 4/10/2004

19 killed and 12 injured in addition to the destruction of one tank and 6 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and operations carried out in: Baghdad, Mosul, Fallujah, Tikrit, Sa’marra, Baquba, Alqa’em Aldor etc.

On 5/10/2004

28 killed and 45 injured in addition to the destruction of 3 tanks and 9 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and operations carried out in: Baghdad- Saddam International Airport, Alamiriya, Haifa street- Fallujah, Sa’marra, Mosul, Karkouk, Babel, Alyousifiya etc.

On 6/10/2004

15 killed and 35 injured in addition to the destruction of 2 tanks and 7 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and redemptive operations carried out in: Baghdad, Babel, Fallujah Sa’marra, Aldor Alqa’em, Tikrit etc.

On 7/10/2004

35 killed and 58 injured in addition to the shooting down of an un-manned reconnaissance plane in Haifa street at the center of Baghdad, and the destruction of 12 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and redemptive operations carried out in: Baghdad ( The Green District, Haifa street, Assadoun street, Alharithiya, the surrounding of Sheraton Hotel, Al-mraydann and Abu-Nawwass). Besides, the clashes that took place in Fallujah, Sa’marra, Babel, Mosul, Aldor, Alhabania etc.

On 8/10/2004

24 killed and 36 injured in addition to the destruction of 3 tanks and 8 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes in: Baghdad, Karkouk, Basra, Mosul, Fallujah, Babel, Sa’marra, Alramadi etc.

On 9/10/2004

46 killed and 55 injured in addition to the destruction of 4 tanks and 13 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and redemptive operations carried out in: Baghdad, Fallujah, Sa’marra, Alramadi, Almseeb, Alatifiya, Hilla, Tikrit, Mosul, Alqa’em, Aana etc.
