During the period from 12 to 18/9/2004, the Supreme Command of the Resistance and Liberation Forces has issued nine military communiqués on the clashes and redemptive operations against the occupation forces, their mercenaries and their collaborators. Some of the communiqués addressed the latest developments on the national regional and international fronts, outlining their explicit stands as follows:

Under US directions and pressures from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Mauritania, Morocco and Jordan, the Arab League declared its backing up of for the occupation government, which inevitably means the support of the occupation of Iraq, and granting this occupation an official Arab legitimacy. The regimes in these countries are well aware that the war between the people of Iraq with their vivid redemptive forces, and the occupation forces, is still on, and the entire provinces and cities in Iraq including Baghdad, and excluding the northern part of the country, are under the control and the mercy of the resistance forces. The puppet government that was formed by the occupation forces is guarded by the occupation forces behind fortified walls and chambers, and are deprived to see the Iraqi street.
We have mentioned time and again, that we shall spare no protection, safe haven or mercy to anybody - be it an Iraqi, Arab or foreigner- who collaborates with the occupation forces and its puppet government, directly or indirectly, and the resistance forces will not the least hesitate to respond relentlessly and execute its declared sentence against such persons, because the practice of such actions is undeniably deemed as a support and protection for the occupation, and an authorization for the continuity of the aggression against our people.
To those Arab leaders, let it be clear: that the conflicts of the invasion and the occupation of Iraq is still going on, and the occupation forces- for over eighteen months- could not set their feet peacefully on the Iraqi land hitherto. The redemptive resistance’s scale is ascending, where most – if not all- cities and provinces of central and southern Iraq remain under full control of the resistance, militarily and administratively, and this however interprets the return of the guided tomahawk missile strikes to batter cities and villages, including the use of F-15, and 16 fighters, and the Apache.. to destroy houses and streets, and to practice the hobby of genocide against people insisting on the resistance of the occupation, and the rejection of submission, humiliation and surrender. So, wouldn’t be more appropriate for you oh leaders, to dispatch investigating committees to see and witness the situation in Iraq, rather than this yielding which inevitably will incur calamity upon you.
Today, in the name of the US agent Ayad Allawi and his puppet government which has been recognized by the Arab leaders, and the conspirator Al-ya`wor, the American and British occupation forces carried out the most horrific genocide activities against the people of Iraq, along with fascist destruction of towns and the leveling of homes upon the heads of their inhabitants to the extent were the number of martyrs during last week alone exceeded 3000, 70% of them were women, children and elderly people. The resistance forces has vowed to avenge upon these American atrocities, and those agents and their masters will soon know, how the trembling revenge will be upon them wherever they may be.

The communiqués have summed up the daily losses inflicted on the occupation forces, their mercenaries and their collaborators as follows.

On 12/9/2004

191 killed- including 3 Poles and 41 members of the Iraqi national guard- 78 injured, with the capture of 4 marines, in addition to the shooting down of one Apache at Saddam country state south of Baghdad, and another helicopter type Cobra was shot down at Tal-Allafar, as well as the shooting down of one reconnaissance plane at Annazzal quarter in Fallujah, besides the destruction of 5 tanks and 25 various military and police vehicles. The fiercest clashes were carried out in: Baghdad, Fallujah, Hilla, Alramadi, Mosul, Kut, Tikrit etc.

On 13/9/2004

103 killed- including 8 members of the Iraqi national guard- 55 injured, in addition to the destruction of 6 tanks and 20 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and operations in: Baghdad, Fallujah, Mosul, Alramadi, Hilla, Tal-Allafar, Basra, Madinat Balad, Alamara etc.

On 14/9/2004

53 killed- including 15 members of the Iraqi national guard- 8 injured, in addition to the destruction of 3 tanks and 8 various military vehicles. Moreover, one Apache was shot down at Baghdad, 6 marines were captured, besides the bombing of the main oil pipeline between Karkouk oilfields and the Turkish port of Jihan. The clashes and redemptive operations were carried out in: Baghdad, Mosul, Fallujah, Alramadi, Hilla, Karkouk, Baquba etc.

On 15/9/2004

43 killed, 12 injured, in addition to the destruction of 5 tanks and 11 various military vehicles during today’s clashes and operations carried out in: Baghdad, Alqa`em, Baquba, Fallujah, Alramadi, Mosul, Asso`waira, Almeqdadiya, Alhabania, Alkhalidiya etc.

On 16/9/2004

58 killed, 36 injured, in addition to the destruction of 4 tanks and 6 various military and police vehicles during today’s clashes and redemptive operations carried out in: Baghdad, Fallujah, Mosul, Alramadi, Al-Latifiya, Alqa`em, Karkouk, Basra etc.

On 17/9/2004

61 killed, 43 injured, in addition to the destruction of 6 tanks and 8 various vehicles during today’s clashes and operations carried out in: Baghdad, Saddam International Airport, Basra, Fallujah, Sa`marra, Mosul, Al-anbar, Alqa`em, Haditha, Tikrit, Alramadi etc.

On 18/9/2004

29 killed, 38 injured, in addition to the destruction of 3 tanks and 5 various military vehicles during today’s clashes and redemptive operations carried out in: Baghdad, Tikrit, Mosul, Karkouk, Basra, Abu-ghraib, Alramadi, Sa`marra, Baquba, Fallujah etc.
