Adhering to the tenet : "God is Greatest", together with the compassion of the great leader Saddam Hussein , and the determination and faith of the heroic Mujahideen and their liberal sacrifices , with the unlimited support of the great Iraqi people , and their advocation for the resistance , the fiducially redemptive actions are escalating on the land of Iraq , the land of Tigris and Euphrates , the land of prophets and righteous men , the home of caliphates and the base for Mujahideen . the diversity and the extensiveness of these redemptive actions are indisputable. The heroic actions have ordained themselves as a key motive to the current events in Iraq and the region as a whole , forcing the colonial invaders and the disloyals in the "Prematurely Council" to observe their tanks , camps , and their places of residence to seek protection and refuge , leaving the vast land of Iraq for the Mujahideen . Despite what we all sadly witness of the Arab-Islamic avidity , as well as the presence of the Atlantic, British, American, and Zionist invasion legions confronting the resistance and its voice on the political , military and media arenas , yet with the help and mighty power of God which transcends all earthly powers, the resistance's redemptive actions are in no doubt able to penetrate all enemy walls and their barbed wires, dispersing their melancholic clouds to unveil all their detestable lies , quoting the holy scripture (the Quran ) :

( fain would they extinguish God's light with their mouths , but God will not allow but that his light should be perfected, even though the unbelievers may detest (it) . )

We hereunder dear readers give a communiqué issued by the Liberation and Resistance Forces during the period from the 4th to the 10th of January 2004 , this communiqué is among tens of other communiqués issued during the period stated above , but we haven't been able to obtain them .

On 4-1-2004

1- One of the formations of Alquds army has claimed the responsibility for the attack on an American military convoy at the outskirts of Ba'quba city , the attack has resulted in the killing of four American soldiers , and the injuring of five others , in addition to the destruction of a tank and three various vehicles , meanwhile, a communiqué issued by the Liberation and Resistance Forces has indicated that among those who killed was a colonel his name hasn't been released .

2- On the same day , an attack was launched on an American military patrol stationed opposite Ba'quba Police Station , one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of one American soldier , and a policemen , and the injuring of five others , a Hummer and a police vehicle were also destroyed in the attack .

3- An American military convoy come under a lightning attack carried out by one of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam on the highway Biji to Tikrit , the attack has resulted -according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of two American soldiers , and the injuring of six others , a tank , a troop carrier , and a truck Were also destroyed in the attack .

4- In Tikrit , one of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has succeeded in preparing an ambush for an American patrol , the ambush has resulted in the killing of five American soldiers, and the injuring of two others , two hummers were also destroyed in the attack .

5- At Palestine street in the center of the capital Baghdad , one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has succeeded in killing two American soldiers , and injuring another as well as destroying a hummer during hand grenades and automatic rifles attack. A communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces has indicated that some of the local citizens who were in the scene during the attack provided assistance to Mujahideen to seek refuge , they also carried one of the injured and was hidden away from the invasion forces who in their part rushed to the scene of the operation and surrounded Palestine street and the neighboring streets in the Search for the Mujahideen .

6- An attack was launched on an American military patrol in the main street of Karadat Mariam , one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué Issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of one American soldier , and the injuring of two others a Humvee was also set ablaze in the attack .

7- One of the formations of the Republican Guard forces has claimed the responsibility for the attack on an American military convoy in qada' "Balad" , the attack has resulted according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of three American soldiers , and the injuring of four others , two vehicles were also destroyed in the attack.

8- One of the formations of Alfarouk Forces has claimed the responsibility for the daring attack on an American military patrol in Karkouk , the attack has resulted in the killing of two American soldiers , and the injuring of another , a Humvee was also destroyed in the attack .

On 5-1-2004

1- One of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has claimed the responsibility for the missile and artillery attack on a train which was carrying troops , supplies and military equipments east of Baghdad. The attack has resulted in the destruction of four carriages and setting ablaze the others , A communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces has indicated that the losses were great , the death toll was six , and 35 were injured, most of them were critically wounded. This is in addition to the loss of huge amounts of military supplies and materials .

2- An American military patrol came under attack in the south of Karkouk city , the attack has resulted in the killing of one American soldier , and the injuring of four others , a Hummer and a military jeep were also destroyed in the attack ,

3- the Iraqi Army forces have claimed their responsibility for the second missile and artillery attack within the last twelve hours on the Green Zone, the residential area and the Headquarters of the American Civil Command and its forces ' command in the center of the capital Baghdad "the Republican Palace and its surrounding" , Flames , and columns of smoke were seen in more than one location within the Zone. Meanwhile , American helicopters were flying over the area , and ambulances and fire engines rushed to the scene. According to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces , the attack was precise , and has utterly achieved its pursued targets .

4- The Iraqi Army forces today have claimed their responsibility for the missile and artillery attack that has targeted the headquarters of the American forces in Karkouk ,the attack has resulted in the killing of six American soldiers , and the injuring of eight others , in addition to the destruction of more then four military vehicles , and a number of military locations were set ablaze .

5- One of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has succeeded in shooting dead one British soldier near Baghdad Hotel in the capital during a successful sniping operation as declared by a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces , A spokesman for the British forces in Iraq has acknowledged the shooting .

On 6-1-2004

1- One of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has claimed the responsibility for the ambush that has targeted an American spy convoy consisting of five vehicles outside Fallouja city , four foreigners were killed in the ambush , and five others were injured , It was said afterwards that "those who killed ware French citizens working for an American company", on the other hand a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces has affirmed that the convoy , belonged to the American Intelligence Agency (CIA) and has been followed since its departure from Baghdad Hotel in the Capital .

2- One polish soldier was killed in Karbala and four others were injured in an attack carried out by one of the formations of Al-Hussein Forces in qada "Alhindiya", three various vehicles were also destroyed in the attack 3- Baghdad city has woken up this morning on the roaring sound of expulsions , and the scenes of flames that have lighted the entire Green Zone , Abu-Nawwa's street , Karadat Mariam , and part of Alhaditha , this huge wedding-like scene came as a result of missile and artillery attacks carried out by one of the formations of the Iraqi Army on the Headquarters of the American Civilian Governor , and the American Forces High Commend. A communiqué issued by the Liberation and Resistance Forces has indicated that this third bombardment of this Zone within the last 48 hours came as an assertion for the sovereignty of the resistance activity on the ground , and its control of the situation. On the time when the Mujahideen stress their strong resolve not to let the eyes of the invaders slumber on the pure and sacred land of Iraq.

4- An attack was launched on an American military patrol at the northern entrance of Karkouk city , one of the formations of Alquds army has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of one American soldier , and the injuring of another , in addition to the destruction of a Hummer .

5- In Al-Anbar , one of the formations of the Republican Guard forces has claimed the responsibility for the attack on an American military convoy on the highway , according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces , the attack has resulted in the killing of two American soldiers , and the injuring of six others , a tank and a troop carrier were also destroyed in the attack .

6- One of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has claimed the responsibility for the attack on an American military patrol east of Tikrit , the attack has resulted in the killing of one American soldier , and the injuring of three others , two vehicles were also destroyed in the Attack .

7- An attack was launched on an American military convoy north of Alhayatain lake , one of the formations o f the Iraqi army has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of three American infidels , and the injuring of two others , a tank and four various vehicles were also destroyed in the attack.

On 7-1-2004

1- In Ba'quba , an American military patrol came under attack , one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted-according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of one American Soldier , and the injuring of another , a military jeep was also destroyed in the attack .

2- One of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has claimed the responsibility for the attack on an American military patrol on the main street of Fallouja city , automatic rifles and R.P.G (Rocket propelled Grenade) shells were used in the attack that has resulted in the Killing of two American soldiers , and the injuring of another , a Humvee was also Destroyed in the attack .

3- An American military convoy came under attack in Alhowayja district, one of the formations of the Iraqi Army forces has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of three American soldiers , and the injuring of four others , a tank and four various vehicles were also destroyed in the attack .

4- An American military patrol came under attack in Saddam city inside the capital Baghdad , one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted in the killing of one American soldier and the injuring of another .

5- One of the formations of Al-Hussein Forces has claimed the responsibility for the attack on the Headquarters of the British forces command , missile and artillery shells were used in the attack , and fires were seen blazing inside the Headquarters. This is in addition to the destruction of one tank and two vehicles were stationed in front of the Headquarters .

On 8-1-2004

1- One of the formations of the Iraqi Army has succeeded in shooting down a helicopter type "Black Hawk" in the village of Zawayaa near the city of Fallouja , 12 officers and soldiers were on board the helicopter were all killed including a crew of four officers. A communiqué issued by the Supreme Command of the Liberation and Resistance Forces said today that among these who killed was a colonel. The helicopter was on a routine reconnaissance flight to inspect the invasion forces distributed on the region .

2- An American military line came under attack on the highway west of Hayth city , one of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Liberation and Resistance Forces – in the killing of two American soldiers , and the injuring of three others , a tank and two different vehicles were also destroyed in the attack .

3- An American military line came under attack near the junction of Aanna' city , one of the formations of Alquds army has claimed the responsibility for the attack , missile and artillery shells were used in the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of four Americans , and the injuring of three others , a tank, a troop carrier , and a truck were also destroyed in the attack .

4- The American military base "Sights" for supplies and provisions west of the capital Baghdad came under a fierce attack , it is the principal logistic base for the invasion forces in the middle front , one of the formations of the Iraqi Army has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Liberation and Resistance Forces – in the killing of 15 American officers and soldiers , and the injuring of more than 35 others , this is in addition to the destruction of three tanks which were stationed at the main gate of the base, two troop carriers , two Hummers and a fuel tank were also destroyed. Meanwhile , ammunition store inside the base has been hit and successive expulsions have lasted for more than one hour. A communiqué issued by the Liberation and Resistance Forces has indicated that the attack was the fiercest and must painful for the invasion forces within the last week , and that the valiants of the Iraqi Army were -during the operation- at their people's favorable judgment and their trust in them .

5- Iraq oil company came under attack east of Karkouk city , one of the formations of Alquds Army has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of one American's soldier and two members of Talibani's Ba'shma'rka . This is in addition to the destruction of the front of the company's building , and the injuring of six others with various wounds

On 9-1-2004

1- An American military cargo plant with 63 soldiers and officers on board ( not known their tanks) was subjected to a surface-to-air missile during a maneuver to land on Saddam International Airport , the missile has directly hit the right wing of the plane and subsequently two of the four engines of the plane caught fire , and the plane was seen forced to land on the firmly closed runway with blazing fire. While the spokesman for the invasion forces has acknowledged the operation , yet he added :

" That the plane was forced to land due to the fire that caught two of its engines " , no further details were given on the size of losses that has resulted from the attack .

2- One of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has targeted "Burj Alhaya" Hotel in the center of the capital Baghdad , the attack has resulted in the killing of one American soldier on sentry duty , and the injuring of more than twelve of the hotel guests. It is known that this hotel is specifically dedicated to British, American , and Zionist businessmen , and some members of the American “Prematurely Council” such as Alrabiae', some parts of the front of the hotel building were also severely damaged .

3- within the framework of depriving the invasion force s of exploiting and looting the Iraqi oil wealth and hosting it for the dedication of the invasion , one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has succeeded in destroying the main oil pipeline west of Karkouk which pumps the oil from Iraq across the borders to Turkey , the pipeline will be out of action for the following three months at least .

On 10-1-2004

1- On of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions has claimed the responsibility for the attack on an American military patrol in Alramadi , the attack has resulted in the killing of one American soldier and the injuring of another , a Hummer was also destroyed in the attack .

2- An American military convoy come under attack near Alqa'em city , one of the formations of Feeda'yeen Saddam has claimed the responsibility for the attack that has resulted – according to a communiqué issued by the Resistance Forces – in the killing of three American soldiers , and the injuring of two others , a tank , and three various vehicles were also destroyed in the attack .

3- One of the American military patrols has fallen into an ambush set by one of the formations of the Ba'ath battalions in Aldoura district at the center of the capital Baghdad. According to a communiqué issued by the Supreme Command of the Resistance Forces , the attack has resulted in the killing of two American soldiers, and the injuring of another , a Humvee was also destroyed in the attack
