Summary of the Iraqi Resistance Activities From 28/11 to 4/12/2004
In the name of God most merciful most compassionate
During the period from 28/11 to 4/12/2004, the Supreme Command of the Resistance and Liberation Forces has issued 12 military communiqués on the redemptive operations and heroic clashes with the occupation forces, their mercenaries and their collaborators mainly in: Baghdad, Fallujah, Sa’marra, Mosul, Basra, Baquba, Tikrit, Alramadi, Karkouk, Sulaimania, Karbala.. and in the regions and boroughs within these provinces. The communiqués have stressed the following facts:
The communiqués has summed up the losses inflicted on the occupation forces, their mercenaries and their collaborators as follows: · 280 killed. · 316 wounded. · 2 helicopters type “Black Hawk” were shot down. · 12 tanks were destroyed. · and 47 various military and police vehicles were destroyed.
Scenes From jihad and struggle for freedom 1. A helicopter type “Shinnock” was shot down over Al-Ridthwaniya region west of Baghdad, according to a communiqué issued by the Iraqi armed resistance. It was shot down on Thursday Dec 2nd 2004 at daybreak, by what thought to be a missile type “C5K”. The communiqué went on to say that the helicopter was crashed over Al-Ridthwaniya region. 2. Markaz Al-Aamel prison in Baghdad came under arrack on Friday morning 3/12/2004, 50 detainees were released and the building was set on fire after it had been evacuated. 3. An attack was launched on an American patrol at Al-adthamiya on Friday morning 3/12/2004, resulted in the destruction of one tank and 3 Humvees, in addition to the killing and wounding of 12 soldiers. 4. A battalion of 300 soldiers and officers from the so-called the Iraqi national guard situated outside Fallujah, had left their locations and most of them joined the redemptive resistance forces on 29/11/2004. 5. The Resistance and Liberation Forces are almost in full control of the road between Baghdad and Saddam International Airport. Heavy losses are inflicted on the occupation forces on daily bases, where the occupation’s embassies of the USA, Britain and Australia have allotted helicopters to carry their embassies’ staff to and from Baghdad. It is known that the taxi fare for one person From Saddam International Airport to Baghdad is 5000US dollars “ this sum includes the taxi-Driver’s share in addition to the cost of hiring escort vehicles which are often driven and guarded by US military personnel”.
